On my SE v2 i have noticed that if i hold the main gear solid and then twist the head there is movement at the head.I renewed the bolt and fully tighten more this time but the play is still there.I only found out about the play doing the belt tension test.I read to hold the head and tail and belt should skip with slight pressure.

Thats just the play around the Jesus bolt, they all do it!

could be the bearing in the seesaw going. on the older v1s there was a bushing instead of a bearing. the bushing only lasted me about a season before needing to be replaced. havent had the bearing go yet...but, that's how it would manifest.
