Awesome and quick action as usual from the Kontronik team.

Sent a Heli Jive 120 in only just in warranty, they couldn't repair it so replaced it with a New Jive 120 pro, in all took just 7 days, THAT is why apart from the quality, I do and will always use nothing else but Kontronik ESCS etc.

I'm hoping for the same good/quick service. Sent my Pyro motor to Germany, received an email yesterday to say they had received it.

I was thinking I would not see it back for 3-4 weeks, your experience is good to hear.

Wow! Received an email this morning to say my motor is repaired and on its way back, 2 day turnaround. Impressed so far.
