DIABOLO vs TDR vs compass 6LV
I have both D ,T,and 6LV (6S) ultimate
D&T are great heli but 6LV U is great. Fast ,agile ,solid ,floating feel. What do you think ? Last edited by Gonjirou; 04-15-2014 at 05:45 PM.. |

The Compass 6 is a very agile and very fast heli. But it is so far behind the quality of the other two you mention it isn't funny!

I thinly my goblin 700 flew just as well. But the workmanship was not the same. They flew the same because they both have vbars.

Nah, I flew a couple Compass 6hvs earlier. And had my hands on the new ultimate before they released it. Four guys I fly with have them. Yeah, they are good flying helis. But to compare them against the Diabolo or TDR? No way.

Not sure this will happen as the popularity of 600 size machines has gone down. 550 machines that use half the flight pack from a 700 seem to be all the rage. 600's get pushed to 700 size power trains so its hard to make them light

DIABOLO vs TDR vs compass 6LV
I've got a new G570 and am very happy with it on 6S. Will be trying out 7S in it soon... Not because I think it will be a huge improvement over 6S, but because I need an excuse to buy a few 7S packs that I can share with my Diabolo for 14S.
Had a TDR and sold it in about a month. Not because I didn't like it but because I prefer the Diabolo so much more. In my completely subjective opinion, Diabolo is the best machine (in ALL aspects) that I've ever flow/owned. Quality of components, in-flight characteristics, etc etc. It's pretty incredible to me how truly different it is compared to all others I've owned. Not to say that I don't have a ton of fun with the rest of my toys... But my Diabolo is like the gold standard IMHO.

If you get tired of waiting for Minicopter or Henseleit Helicopters to produce a 600 class heli, you should check out the Acrobat Voodoo 600.
Brilliant Heli! https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=491629 I love my TDR, but I am actually enjoying flying the Voodoo more at the moment. I fly it on 12S 3700 Revo packs Dean
