Default 450l phoenix 50 lite

hi guy
one of my flying buddy loan a phoenix 50 lite. I try it before decide if a replace my dead stock align esc for an other brand. currently my problem is I program it, it work but it low power. I didn't change anyting to my heli except swap esc. with the castle it feel like 75% of the power of the stock align. I am not in governor mode. someone have an idea of my problem

iam not sure to understand correctly. I don't want governor mode for the moment just want compare with the stock align esc with out governor mode. So I need to programme the esc like governor mode after that switch to fixed end point?

My understanding with Castle ESC is that you have to calibrate throttle end-points no matter what - governor or non governor. This is true for all brands of ESC such as HobbyWing, YGE, YEP, etc ...
