It flies great! (At least if the wind is calm).
All the Extreme head parts just didn't work for me, at least they didn't help me learn to fly it. I may still use them later on. The only Extreme head part on it is the paddle control frame. I just put a CP3 tail on it but haven't flown it in a month or so.
Too busy with work and working on my 500 helis.

Ah, yes--those were the good old days. When you crash, just grab the zip ties, the super glue and the epoxy, straighten the main shaft and flybar--back in the air in no time. Not like this CP stuff I'm trying to learn.

Scroll down a bit on that page and there are some pics of the latest incarnation of my bee.
I'm still not 100% happy with the tail and am planning a drastic mod (read on to the end of the thread my pics r in)

your setup will work better than mine as I have NO mixing going on between the MM and TM, it's just the gyro adjusting the power constantly, just means I can't have the gain very high without oscillation. With the 2in1 mixing the mm/tm proportion you will be able to run a higher gain as the gyro wil only be compensating for external forces and not having to compensate for the MM torque also. I'm looking forward to having time to start my DDVP tail mod.
