Servo problem

Hey all, I just got my cb 100 today. I already had 2 4#3Bs, so I was planning on using my 2401 with it. The CB 100 has the 2406c rx. The problem is, I have NO control over this thing. The servos do not have any throw. Everything seems to work, and it hovers, but there is not enough servo throw to move around the room. Is there something I need to change?

The stock machine out of the box should have enough throw in the servos to move it around fairly aggressively. I cannot comment on the 2401 TX because I use the 2801. Does this TX have a an option for servo throw adjustment ??.

You can try moving the ball links on the servo arm the the outer hole on the servo arm. I have done this for both aileron and elevator on mine and it is much more responsive than the stock setup.
