Default Tail Control Slider (PV0750)

I just notived something that got me scared.

The Tail Control Slider's (part PV0750) cylinder is supposed to be whole or cut (as in the photo herebelow).

Thank you.

Mine are whole (on 2 helis) - looks like yours is cracked, damaged or defective (if new).

Funny - I just looked at my heli today as I was packing it away and now mine is cracked in the exact same way. Have no idea how long it's been like this, and it's been flown too

Probably worth swapping out for the aluminium version.

Where in the world will we find an aluminum tail slider?
I just checked mine after seeing this and yep, it's cracked too.

The shame is this heli is almost an orphan.

I just saw one at A-Main hobbies - around $20 or so.

I'll won't be flying much this year - only on the sim. Got lots of things going on and all my RC stuff is in public storage for a while ... maybe I'll learn to pinch finally

Enjoy flying guys - keep us posted !

well, you guys know that you could actually save it by using heat shrink wrap with 2 customer drilled holes. At least a temporary fix when there is no part available

Wow - just unpacked my Mini-Titans from storage and noticed the exact same part is cracked on my other plastic-tail MiniT too.

Good thing I bought two spares ... It seems to be a non catastrophic failure, luckily.

I like the heat shrink idea Hawk208

Long Live FlyBar !
