Default Let me be your reminder!

I got the 550 out today, and did a half assed job in going over the bird after a long winter. I lost a bolt on the swash AND, luckily, was bringing here down so was able to get away with only a broke skid in a one blade auto (getting better at saving her!) Never use blue for swashplate balls, I learned that one the hard way now I always use green.

I use red if you are to the point a swash ball needs removed you likely need to replace the swash anyway.

Same here, although I do need to remove them from time to time to change DFC links on the Helis where the ball link pliers just don't fit.

If you are talking about the DFC link I remove the DFC bolt then just bend the arm down and the link pops right off.

I just pull the links straight off the ball with my fingers.
