Question CX-3X1000 wobble

Put the CX-3X1000 on my Blade 450 3D with the Blade flybarless head. I need to know if any one out there has had the same problems with wobble and not tail wag.
I have the cable for the gyro and software 1.4 on my computer and tried all of the preset settings (beginner, thru, expert 3D). Could this be a servo problem or setting in the software. This bird flew great with the G210 gyro. Eflite servo, stock on this bird.
Anyone with any info on this would be great.

Classic symptoms of too much cyclic gain. Try decreasing your pitch/roll total gain until wobbles are cured. If you need to go below 25, then your cyclic servo horns are too long. Move the linkage balls closer to the center. Depending on the speed and torque of your servos you might have better results if you made the servo horns shorter to start with. I tried mine at 13mm and 10mm and like the shorter arms better, they seem to fly more precisely.

I feel your pain. I had two 3X1000 fbl units. I had one that no matter what I did, I would get a wobble every time I got a little aggressive on the cyclic or even do a flip. If it just hovered, then it was fine for the most part. On the second unit, never had any issues. So I know it wasn't just me. With the tarots and copterx, they seem to be hit and miss whether you will get a decent unit. After trashing two tarots and one copterx, I am done with the cheap fbl units. It sucks spending the money, but getting a beastx or Ikon is so worth the money. I now fly with confidence and don't worry if the unit will work.
