Default 4G3 Rudder Trim Adjust?

Is there a way to adjust sub-trim on the standard 4G3 transmitter or rx (either Walkera 4G3 or Novus CP)? I have installed a Turbo-Ace brushless tail kit with the Novus brushless main kit. Overall, it flies great, but needs about half right rudder trim to maintain heading hold. Any suggestions to adjust so that I don't have to keep trim half to the right?

seriously get the 2801, i have it. I love it. I have learnt to work with my walkera gear, and i am so happy i didn't get a dx8, too many people i know are sending that back for repairs.

Default re.

actually i really enjoy my spektrum stuff
especially my dx8 i had since day one availability.
obviously they dont work with walkera receivers.
no surprise there
its a great radio and the ease of use is what makes these transmitters great
i also have some old fm radios a few of the low power eflite crap (rtf transmitters) a dx6i and a walkera 2602 and a 2801 pro and will say the walkera stuff can be a royal pain in the you know what to setup...
the dx8 employs logic to use it.....the 2801 requires you to jump on your head while spinning in circles with your eyes crossed to make sense of its buttons and use of terms.
but then again it was also only 130 bucks versus 400 plus for the dx8 so all in all
you get what you pay for.
i havent had any problems with either radio

but seriously get a 2801 pro for ANY of walkeras stuff did you adjust the mix pot on the receiver? and check your blade pitch as well this plays a part in your tail response too.... i have a 4g3 and a v120d03. so been there done that with the 4g3
my 4g3 always had to have some right stick input even after upgrades and blade pitch dialed in. was probably as bad as you stated yours is...
good luck
