Almost Cheap Alternative Blades
I purchased these in hopes of having a cheaper blade alternative:

The good news is that I flew them today. Bad news is that they are not as drop in as I had hoped.
The root is a bit too wide, but a bit of sanding quickly fixed that. When sanding and testing the fit, I noticed there was no way to use the original mounting hole. The hole is too far into the blade. I figured I'd never use the blades in stock form, so I attempted a re-drill process. Using my existing SDC blade as a template, I marked a new location and used a drill press to make a new hole. Funny this was that when I initially looked at the blades, I attempted to drop the standard Gaui blade bolt through the existing hole and it was too small. Turns out that didn't matter anyways...
Even though they are labeled as 246, they are very close to the same length as my current SDC blades. In flight, they were fine. Flying these blades back to back against the SDC, the new blades don't feel as aggressive in the air as the SDC. The SDC blades seem to have a bit more pop while these are a bit more mellow.
