You can buy direct from ChimpSystems or Heliwholesaler will have them instock in 1-2 weeks.

I hope ChimpSystems applies for a USA Patent for these?

Otherwise I bet the Chinese factories are already cutting aluminum for copies (Knock - Offs) of these Grippy Tools.

US patents don't do much for out of country manufacturers who don't care. I bet you this thing will be copied in no time.

It's already a copy of the original "CLETUS WRENCH" which I invented and brought to IRCHA last year http://www.cletuswrench.com/

Well I will say I like yours better. It's got other features to it and it looks like the one way bearings are replaceable!

Thanks Finless, we're actually into the first production run now. It took a while to get everything just the way I wanted it and ensuring we had the right suppliers.

That was great. Wonder if I can get Bobby to pimp some of my tools!

Don't even get me started on clones!

So when will it be available for purchase?

I would love to get one!

Yup, and we have dated correspondence, with our US attorneys, pursuant to a patent application also.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I fail to comprehend why it's suddenly classified as "Off-Topic" though.
Are we not discussing a tool/device/contrivance directly related to the assembly/dis-assembly/repair/maintenance of R/C helicopters and related assemblies?
......and, are we not doing so, while still having fun, learning and exercising friendship and mutual respect?

It's not Off-Topic and as such, I've moved it back to the main forum.

Jeezus, another clone rip-off? Cletus had pictures of his tool posted here on HF like a year ago. He was kind enough to hand out a few at IRCHA and I was one of the lucky recipients. It is an EXCELLENT little gizmo which I've used with great success on my helicopters.

This is right up there with Fusuno ripping off rdlohr's tools...

Hey Cletus!
Good to see people from the Caribbean on HF. I'm over here in Bim.
When will they be ready? Can you send me a wrench on a flying fish? Or do I have to wait till I hop over to jump in Carnival to get one in person?
