Question What is wrong?

Trying to charge my 1s 160mAh's with my Hyp. 730 and a paraboard. Have it set at .5a. Is this right? Takes about 30min to charge them but only getting about 2min of flight time out of them If I charge them on the eflight charger (1 @ time) it take about the same time but I'm getting around 7min of flight time. Charger is reading everything right, but when it starts charging it say solo charging, is there a setting that I need to change?
Thanks for help
Tim

How many cells are you charging at a time? What is the resting voltage of the cells after its done charging? How is the cell connected to the charger? Main leads as well as balance leads?

charging 6 batteries at a time with a micro paraboard from buddyrc, paraboard is connected straight to the charge with no balance leads. didn't think you needed a balance lead for charging 1S's? charger reads 3.82v when its done
