CP PRO 2 Spinning Problem

so recently flew my cp pro 2 into a house at a very high speed lol and broke it a little ( WELL ALOT) ..... everything seemed to be ok. I changed the main frame and tail boom, feathering shaft, main gear, landing gear. Basically all the external parts and then everything electrical looked fine. So its all bac together and it powers up and the blades start to spin and to track the blades i held the landing gear with heavy books and a wooden dowel, and it was fine, blades tracked and spins true all the way up to full throttle. SO i wanted to give it a try from the floor without the heavy books holding it stationary. As soon as i start to spool it upnpast like 1/4 throttle the tail starts spinning out of control. round and round and round. I compensate on my remote the other way to stop it, it does BUT as soon as i let go from the compensating it starts spinning again. Whats the deal here?

Sounds like a bad tail motor.
