Default 3gx tail returns off center

Hello

I am working on my first setup of a 450 pro fbl with the 3gx. I have a dx 8 transmitter. After take off, if the tail starts at 6 o'clock, it moves to 4 o'clock. When I move rudder to move the tail back to 6 o'clock it will go back to 4 o'clock after a few seconds.

I am using the 3gx as the receiver with satellite, no sub trim on rotor servo. Set to 90 degree, went through rudder setup. I experimented with gain from +30 to +80 and didn't see much difference.

Thanks

Set it up to hold a stable hover in rate mode using the linkages then it will be fine

Could also be vibrations.

Thank you for the replies. I've watched the videos but still have the issue. I noticed when I increase throttle/pitch the helicopter might even move farther to say 3 o'clock and come back to 4.

I think this might be a setup issue as mentioned. Even though everything looks close to 90 degrees, in rate mode the helicopte does rotate on the ground. Ive adjusted the link but just cant get the helicopter not to rotate. If I go to take off it looks like it might tip? Any additional pointers? I can minimize the rotation ssignificantly with subtrim but everythng i see says don't use subtrim on rudder. Please advise

Had same problem with gpro. Align put resolution on 3gx faq and all it is is to reduce the length of the push rod ... Just give a few turn to the linkage, adjust limits and try again ... It will be good
