Building an E820 now. I don't have an E720, But I have a G4N. The 820 is flush inside the frames where the motor mount would fit. Is the E720 the same way?
You want pics?

Hello Phill
Yes I have a e820 mount in my e720, there are 2 mounts, 1 for 6mm shaft and 1 for 8mm shaft. Could be same mount with different bearing... Regards Adrian |

Put the 820 mount in my 720 as well. Had to clearance the front of the bearing support with a dremel as it would slightly contact the tail drive gear. Other than that, direct drop in replacement that stiffens the frames up quite a bit.
