Ive been lurking for a while, and signed up a while back but never made an intro thread...

My name is Travis and im an addict. Im addicted to unmanned aerial devices... Ive toyed with RC helis for years but never enough to progress my abilities much past stable simple flight patterns. I bought a nano QX and things changed for me... it was my 2nd quad copter, but being easier to "play" with, it got me more interested. Ive since them bought a 350qx2 and fly as much as possible... I can do some flips in the nano using my dx6i, but not to the point where im ready for acrobatics in my $500 350 yet. LOL

Hi and welcome! You sound more like a quad guy than a heli guy, but that is ok. I know there are several buddy pilots that either fly quads or quads and helis. I am a heli guy myself but do understand why quads are cool. I have this which may explain a bit of the madness (only some of it though) and although it applies mostly to helis since I am as I said only dedicated to helis, probably some of it applies to quads as well.
