Just to add to the tail geometry discussion on the previous page:

I had an unused 125CP laying around so the other night I butchered it up and used the slider from it and modded the linkages from the 130 to accept the pins from the Novus (same as Walkera) unit. I started getting more blowouts immediately after that but attributed it to rounding out TT gears. Replaced the gears but woul still get blowouts on aggressive maneuvers (beyond fast sport flying) and could swing the tail out with pitch pumps. Today I went to the LHS and picked up a new 130 tail slider. First thing I noticed is that the slop I had with my stock one was not present on this one, it is very tight on the slider bushing. I installed it just now and flew two packs and to my surprise (and thankfully) my tail is suddenly locked in again on aggressive moves and doesn't swing more than a degree or two on hard pitch pumps. I am pretty sure that the shorter arm that connects the linkages to the slider on the Walkera/Novus piece was directly related to the blowouts I was experiencing. Like I said previously, I'd stick with the MH pitch slider made for the 130 instead of the one for the Walkera's because the geometry is as Blade designed it to be.

Just installed mine and it works great. definitely a worthwhile mod, plus it looks cool. Mine is the stainless one for whatever that matters. Just thought i'd report. Tail is much tighter.

Went and tacked one onto the order sheet.

It's funny...I was ready to get one of the first ones...and yet...didn't buy it since I didn't actually have the 130 yet. Figured I wasn't sure....

I might as well stop doing that....
Totally ended up with the damn heli anyways lol.

I got mine from RC depot hobbies. They had them in stock on Tuesday and I had one in my hands today, Thursday, across country for around 3 dollars in shipping.

Got mine installed and its removed almost all the play from the tail, only bit of play left is in the tail grips and then the servo.

I still have another Mh slider on the way, i ordered my 1st 1 from HK and then they came into stock locally so i guess i'll have a spare or i need another 130

I am with you, I almost canceled my order to get the red but thought then I will have to get the matching canopy and who knows what... Rather by another battery so I can fly more times.
