Default Servo arm hitting swash guide

Anyone ever have any issues with the elevator servo hitting the swash guide on their 550e dfc? If so what was your fix. I'm thinking of just shimming the servo.
Setting up Bx and have never had this issue before. Third rebuild with this particular bird...so I'm at a loss.

Mine always hit and notched the inside edge of the anti rotation bracket and the top of the boom down to the hex bolt insert. 3rd rebuild with BX?

Like at full collective and full forward ele pitch? Like hitting the swash antigotation guide? Naw. Nuthin ever like that.

I just live with it. Set up FBL not to bind and stop right before it hits the swash guide ( or the boom mount arm on the downside). I have learned tho live with a little less collective. I have heard more than 12* +- is negligible for this heli. I have set up before that it does hit the swash anti rotation bracket. Using 21mm arms I believe, .

Yes, third time setting up Bx on this heli. I have used Bx over the course of my time on this hobby. I know there's better but it's what I have to use for now. I am well versed in its set up, but this is the first time I can't get blue in J or L and I'm only trying to dial in 11* this go around instead of my usual 12*.
It is hitting the anti rotation guide underside where the canopy mounts screw in.
Is there any support for shimming the servo?

I run 13.5 pitch and any neg -pos pitch with full forward/back elevator the arm hits. Ya big difference between 12 and 13. 13 is the min on all of mine right up to 14 on my velocity 50

Think I'll notice a diff between 11 and 12? Makes me want to go back and dial in 12 again.

Yep, 12 IMO would be a min. Ever hear of the vortex ring?
