Default High Voltage (HV) Servos

Hey everyone, on my 600 EFL Pro I'm running a Castle BEC on it. If I were to run High Voltage (HV) servos on it can I do away with the BEC? Any help would be appreciated, Thank You all.

If you are using it as a BEC, no.
If you are using it as a regulator and have a RX pack, yes.
But there are caveats

HV servos can be connected directly to 2S Lipo voltage.
Can the rest of your electronics handle 8.4v?

You could optionally set your Castle BEC to ~8.0v and not use an RX pack.
