I just installed the GP700 / 9257, I wanted to try something new, this is a very nice gyro, I like it and I hope alot of people don't get introduce to it so I can keep it a secret. I followed the manual and it's holding the tail very good,

Three things I like about it, you can set the left and right limit, you can use the narrow pause wide servo's and it's small, weight is 10g. I'm going to put it in my next T700N build.

Don't tell anyone.

Thanks

Robert

It looks so far that the GY401 rules.

just cause the 401 is winning doesnt mean its the best the 770 is a much more advanced gyro then the 401. the reason 401 is winning is cause every one has one or did lying around even i have a 401, well in the tool box

Thanks for making the poll! The Spartan numbers are going to be low because they are so hard to come by. Maybe you should and another poll item:

I would be running a Spartan DS760 if I could find one

Man we are going to see some toe treading here! I have three different gyros I'm running right now, I have a 401 in my current 500, love it! my nitro has a G7703D DS8900G combo, still working but I know I can get some more out of it! and I have the Spartan on my 600CF! I have a second Spartan I am going to install on a new project 500 I am building, it is going to be my best build yet, really enjoying taking my time and getting the hardware and setups I have found here on the freak!

Wow take it easy JEEPWORLD, I did not try to burst the 770 bubble. You have to admit though for the money and the size of the 500 you can't beat the good old 401.
Spartan on the other hand, nice gyro but, I wouldn't spend that kind of money on the 500, maybe on a bigger heli.
