Hardly huge. Width is only 1600 but I'll bear in mind next time and upload postage sized stamp grainy camera phone images

You should rather resize your images to around 800 width, so that it doesn't distort the format of the forum and make it hard to read for some people. |

Well since my photos are such a cause of upset for you guys why did you not simply report the issue to a mod and they could have been removed? Or better yet, had someone PMed me before posting I could have easily done this myself but cannot edit my post at this stage.
These photos started at 36 MP so they were downsized considerably. I do feel like pointing out that I hadn't set out to create an issue here. Was merely excited about the new heli and wanted to share some snaps. In any case I've removed the images linked to ImageShack. So we all good now?

Just reduce them to something around 1000 across and they still look fine.. I was on a 52" 1080p (1920 x 1080) TV hooked up to my PC and I could only see half of the pic. I do enlarge my browser for viewing far away to 125%, but still. Did you notice how I asked.. like with a question mark (?).. No need to take your toys and go home. |

This is a public forum, and you shouldn't use the name of any god jokingly. I am a Christian, and I took offense to that, and I am pretty sure many others also do. I'm not trying to bash you or anything, but I just thought that you should know. Thanks Jonathon |

Can we just let this one go? Overreacting? Really? I took the time to remove said images. What is the problem here?
BWX, I think you misunderstood my comment about a mod. These guys can more easily edit a forum than we users. I'm sure one would have been happy to help?

Editing a post is extremely simple, so I don't even know why you're talking about it or bringing it up at all. "I'll bear in mind next time and upload postage sized stamp grainy camera phone images" Really? Who was that directed at? 800 or 1000 pixel images can look great. No need to PM you. No need to get a mod involved, that is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not pissed either. All I did was suggest in a completely non-aggressive way to maybe make them smaller- not for me, for everyone. Ok, you can have the last word now. I'm done with this one. |

Unfortunately I dont have a stock canopy anymore to weigh. This one weighs 3.4 grams and im a newbe at painting so did some re coating to fix runs in the tape and was not being light on the paint to save weight so it can weigh a lot less. will see how much an unpainted canopy weighs out to when i get some more plastic sheets i am going to order tonight so will let you know in a couple days

More crash and fly photos... here's a canopy from PrimeHeli http://www.ebay.com/itm/Blade-MCPX-B...item2ecb04ed75
After a bad crash that broke the frame so the tail is off angle was no problem. Takes off and flies great w full canopy holding it together for the day. What an incredible heli aand canopy
