Default Question on the 600 metal tail belt unit

What the heck is the little brass tube (threaded on one end) that comes with the 600 metal tail belt unit for??? It looks like it fits somewhere on the tail rotor shaft .... but I can't find any reference to it in the instructions. I left it off the first one I installed since I couldn't see anywhere it went. Does anyone know what it is and/or where it goes? thanks,

I believe you're referring to the bearing sleeve for the sliding pitch control yoke. It's an extra. Outside of the pully box it slides on the shaft. The bearing as well as the control yoke mount on that. Handy to keep around should you bend the rotor shaft in a way that deforms that sleeve. now you got a spare..
