Dekker, Beautiful job on it! More room for cooling than just about anything I've seen. It sure looks like a performer! Have you any logs or data to show us some results of the end product?

Yes stator sizes are correct.
Sorry no logs, that depends on those that fly the motor.

Here is a Castle log from a _Dekker rewind. This is a Synergy E7se with the normal gearing (121T/12T), running Glacier 12S 4400mAh 45C LiPos, vbar governed @ 2150 in IU2. I found this motor to just work right out of the package and worked well with vbar governor (something I can't say for a stock Scorpion 4530-500 LE). Thanks Bert!

Just wanted to followup on the logs I posted earlier. After flying these two PowerDekker rewinds (800MX 535Kv and 427Kv) and comparing to my Scorpion 4530 500Kv LE motors in the same two Synergy E7se (running stock gearing 121/12 for 800MXs and 121/13 for Scorpion) I'll have to say that I like the rewound 800MXs much better. They seem to govern much better than the Scorpions, the Castle logs are much cleaner (governed headspeed is aways attained and flat after F-mode is switched), no bad drops of headspeed on all three flight modes. I have worked with Castle and v-Bar to try and figure why the Scorpions give me issues governing. Setup is Castle Edge 160 HV & v-Bar on one and Castle Edge 160 HV & MSH Brain on the other.

Hello , do you please have some advice , how many turns in YY to do for something around 500kV or little lower (480-490) on 800MX?
6+7 or 7+7 ?

Quick calc says 6+7 will give 500 (498.XX) according to Dekkers wind

Correct for YY.

With Delta wind you get:
~505 with 11turns
~465 with 12 turns

So i done it by 1,5mm(two coats of isolation paint) 13(7+6)YY aprox. 500kV
according to dekkers 12(6+6)YY - 540kV
We will see how it will works
