Do your self a favor and get the HS65MG servos, and a 401/9257 gyro combo. If you're going to start learning 3D, you're gonna want some quality equipment that can take some abuse

Do yourself, and your T-Rex, a big favour!....stay away from the micro gyros like the 110 and the like. They just don't cut it on the 450. The 401 is the way to go, and even the 9650 is a great servo.
And don't forget the 65MG servos for the cyclic!

Theres nothing wrong with the eflight 110 gyro,it holds just as good if not better than the Futaba gy240,so any of these 3 gyros " eflight 110,gy240 and gy401" are very good for 3D.For The tail the Futaba S9650 is made for the 400-450 class helis.Them DS75 servos are junk, get some Hitec HS-65HB's or HS-65MG's for the cycle .

Dont forget there is also the CSM SL420e gyro aswel. Aswel as great hold it has limit settings for each deflection rather than a single pot and is generally a newer design than the older 401.

The Logictech 2100T gyro is working great for me.

I also recommend the 65 MG servos, very good/tough

I run HS65MG, 401 9650 combo here also. Been great for me so far No 3D but Ive seen other pilots rock the 450 with this combo.
