Question MicroBeast

Good day all,
I set up my Trex-600 Pro Nitro using Align Head and parts from Ron's. All seems well except setting my D/r . Should I leave the cyclic with over 12 degree +- or some how reduce those numbers.
If I reduce the travel by the TX it takes from 100% to 20% to get travel within range of normal flight.
I also use a Airtronics SD-10G.
Use of D/r seems to slow the swash movement down is this OK?

T rex 450L Dominator

ESC - hobbywing platinum pro v3 with gov store
motor 460mx align
servos 3x mks ds95 HV + tails ds525 align

beastx plus 4 pro
all servos to highest pulse and hz.....
parameter B to blue (pro) all the rest to default...transmitter gain 30% (beastx to medium 'red') i think....
gov off cause i use the governor of the ESC which is perfect....3680 rpm
attidude control to 3d mode + collective 6 degrees (just to hover and lock the down direction to avoid crash in fast rescue)

heli has over 60 flights....no crash or problem till now....(its my 2nd 450l dominator with the first and the stock parts i had many issues regarding the tail wagging and vibrations)and i blame for that my shopper who after 30 years he dont know that with the governor mode you use a flat line on TC and not something line 0-40-65-75-80 etc.

Default T REX 600 and Spektrum AR7200BX MICRO BEAST

Hi, I am setting up an AR7200BX on a T REX 600, nitro and have a problem.

1. when setting the hovering pitch in menu J, the pitch if 6 degrees doesn't seem to save? when I check later it zero - if I move the throttle stick up from mid point to one click above it goes to 6 but not at mid stick?

2. Menu N - pirouette teaching - the swashplate moves whichever option I pick i.e. RED solid or BLUE solid.

Any ideas? I can only think I have set up something wrong on the transmitter - spektrum DX6 ? should I have reversed servos to get the swashplate moving in the right direction - or ignore and leave until all menu items are complete?

I have selected 120 CCPM in menu H (RED solid), with NORMAL in the transmitter.

Any ideas much appreciated, thanks Andy

Default no 6 degrees?

Hi, I cannot get the set up to save the 6 degrees of pitch in menu j. At the end of setup, its at zero pitch. And, I cannot get the final set up pirouette rate to work - whichever I pick, red or purple the swashplate moves as i rotate the helicopter. Any ideas?

Please do not cross-post. The thread you created in the Main forum has been merged with this one.

Hi Andy

Set-up step J has nothing to do with hovering pitch. If you think this, then you must not have a set of proper instructions to follow. I suggest downloading a full version from BeastX for their MicroBeast. Although it will include a section on receiver type, of which you have no choice, just ignore that part, and everything else will be covered in much more detail.

If after going through this alternate manual, you still have questions, create a thread about your issue in the BeastX FBL system forum.

This thread is dead, and was for posting your completed BeastX set-ups, so others could see what worked.
