Default Problem with alignment with 3rd bearing block

Any of you guys had problems with the lowest bearing block? the two on the top are fine, the main shaft slides ok, but with the lower one, it cant slide free. It is very tight. I tried to turn it, flip it, and it sems to be better on one position, but is still tight.

Also i tried to use various blocks, plastic and metal, and i get the exact same problem. I tought it was the main frames that where a little bend or twisted. So i changed the frames with new ones, and still have that issue.

I cannot remember mine being tight on the bottom bearing block, I know you have probably tried loosing all of the screws on the three bearing blocks then install the main shaft and retighten the screws?

Thanks for the tip. I havent tried that, i only played with the tightening of the lower block, and i manage to solve partially the problem. I tighten first one screw, and check, then tight again, also pushing a little the block to let the shaft slide free. But i will try your idea. Thanks.
