Default v120d02s w/devo7 servo subtrim problem

I'm relatively new to ex helicopters, I had everything working properly and it flew fine. I had to change a servo and now I can not get them aligned to 90 when using subtrim. I have the throttle at 50 and have them as close to perfect as I can manually. But using the subtrim I get the pitch set where I want it and then when I try and set the aileron is moves the pitch and messes up what I just sat it to. What am I doing wrong, or is something messed up. Maybe I should download the new devo7 update. Thanks for the help.

Don't use subtrim to center the servos. Just get them as close to 90* as possible without using any trim. Try swapping servo arms to get them all in the same direction and as close to 90* as possible without any trim. Trim messes up the FBL controller and that is what you are experiencing.

Good Luck, Don

Agree with Don, avoid using any trim to centre the servos. It doesn't matter if the servo arms are not 90%.

Set your throttle hold pitch curve to -50%, 0%, +50%, turn off the gyro on the RX by flipping the ADJ-WK switch, move the throttle stick to the centre position, then level the swash and 0% pitch your blade grips via adjusting the steering link arms. You can do this by eye, it will be good enough.

Don't forget to flip the ADJ-WK switch again before you fly. I've forgotten to do this many times and the heli is all over the place!

Got everything set up and it works great. Took a little longer than using the transmitter to level it but it flys better this way. I thought that it stood.for flybarless but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the help.
