hobbywing 100HV v3 suddenly Governor not able to set

been flying this esc for a while.. using the vbar control governor but recently have a lot of governor glitches erorr messge came out. so trying to swtich back to Esc governor..
but i tried few times ..using the 50% 11seconds method.. it never able to work out..

i am using all esc hobbywing. so setting the governor is no issue for me on other helis such as 100a 6s v3.. 120a v4..130hv v4.. just this piece 100hv v3 keep giving me issue..

after done the governor store done.. do the 50% esc spin.. the heli was spool up and speed to 2200rpm plus.. unlike other esc gov setup.. it is not that high speed and u wil know it lock at certain rpm..for this esc.. it goes crazy speed at 50%.

anyone have this issue before?

Might sound silly but double check:

1) the the gov cable is not plugged into the fbl

2) the vbar gov is disabled.

3) last resort. Reset the esc back to default and redo the set up and gov store. You may also have to do a throttle calibration again as well

yes.. gov cable removed / connect ( both ways trie) frm fbl.. radio was on External governor mode..esc was gov off, then gov store( to wash away the old setup)

redo th calirabtion..i reset also the esc .. in VbC also redo edit esc setup..

all method tried.. but when spool up... it push to high speed rpm.. not the usual low rpm and wil have a " setup done " spin.

I had the same issue with my HW 50 on a X3. I went through it 3-4 times and could not figure it out. My first wrong was I had the rpm cable plugged in and I did not do the last step with throttle at mid stick. So in your case maybe unplug the rpm wire and see if that works.

i have few esc hobbywing.. rpm cables are plugged in when i set the esc governor and its works for my 3 other helis... i dont know why if the rpm plug in and it cant work. but i will try and confirm again .
