Default Delrin rod links?

I have just fitted 2 new ones to my heli, complete rods and links and found that in order to get my 0% pitch i had to wind them right down to where they feel very close to the end of the thread.

There still "on there" and don't feel like they will come off, however i'm not 100% sure about them now. The original ones were about half way down.

Anyone else notice this??? Cheers..

Not here. With my new build back in the winter, it was the opposite. I had to shorten the swash links to get zero pitch. In your case, if you're uncomfortable, I would lengthen the swash links some (I went five turns short). Either that your got a set with either new length or wrong delrin tubes.

Upper hole just like before. Rods must be shorter then and defiantly not 6hv rods.

If the delrin tubes seem to short, lengthen your swash links to servos, and vice versa if the delrins are too long.

Just done that thanks. Still find it odd that these parts are not all the same length.

Maybe a running change...
Or a screw up.
