Default My DX9 is mess up

Suddenly I am having issues with unusable model entries with my DX9 radio
When I try to add a new model. It displays unusable model, before it displayed an acro model.

I tried to use model utilities to delete the unusable model, the unusable model doesn't show up in the selection. Instead a model that I made before displays.

I backup all of the models I had. now I couldn't import the backups I made . It all displays unusable model in the model select menu. When I try to delete it, it will display the model I just imported. The DX9 suddenly is mess up.
I tried to update to the latest firmware, the problem still remains.

I hope you guys can help me out. Any suggestion/advice will be appreciated.

Is there a way to hard rest the DX9

There was a problem with this a couple of updates back. You said you tried to update.
Was the update successful? What version is loaded in your radio now?

Can you attach the SPM file(s) for the models that created an Unusable? If you have a good model on your list select it. In Utilities try to Copy that model to one of the Unusable. What happens?

Here are some instructions to clear the models from your DX9. The author, Andy, is a developer for the DX9 firmware. Good Luck.
