I picked up a 4035-500
should I use 11 or 12 tooth pinion

on a 500KV motor: Stock 10T would be for sport to mild 3D 1900-2050 / 11T will be good for mild to hard 3D, 2050-2250 / 12T would be for Crazy Hard 3D, showing off, and short flight times 2250-2500

I run a 11T with the HKIII 500KV and am in love with flying the X7 hard @ 2150-2200. Higher headspeed are fun but hard on the machine and also gives very low flight times. the 11T is the way to go with a 500KV IMO.
