Aurora boom diameter?
Can anyone please tell me the Aurora's boom diameter? I'm considering to use this part on another heli, which has a 21mm boom diameter.

It can make the boom diameter bigger. A 1mm increase in diameter needs a 0.5mm layer of tape around the boom. Maybe 3 times round will do it.

Tape is good but if you want a more professional look I'd see if you can cut strips of aluminum from a soda can or pickup some thin metal strips from the hobby shop.
