Hey guys this will be a first annual event at our field so come on out and have a blast

Everyone welcome. We have a huge wide open place to fly with electric, two full size Pavillions
An 800 foot runway to line up with pilots
and another 5to 600 feet on the other side
you will be able to register on our website as well with paypal by the end of this week thanks

rain date will be Sunday the 12th
if we get enough response we will
be able to provide food and drinks
and could turn into a two day event campers and tents welcome

ooh that's only an hour from me. I might have to check it out, though I don't know yet if I'm free that day.

I can't fly worth crap yet and have have never flown at an actual rc field or with other people around so I may just watch this time but it's good to know there are other heli people somewhat close to me.

Do I have to preregister online or can I just show up and pay?

Hey ncwalls there is going to be plenty of people out there that are new to helis so bring your heli and give it a shot there will be plenty of people that would be more than happy to give you some pointers if you want some.. you gotta start somewhere. ...hope you can make it

Cool. I'm registered and planning to go. Would I be able to fly there this weekend? I'm off on Friday and would like to fly somewhere but my normal flying spot is blocked by some construction work. I can hover my 450x around my yard but that's not very fun. Just not enough room to really be comfortable.
