Learning the dx7 g2
I am new to the forums, been reading a lot of information that has been great! I am not new to RC (been with cars and trucks forever) but I am to larger RC copters / better remotes. I recently picked up a DX7 g2 as my first non rtf remote- and even after reading the directions/ info on the site I find it a bit confusing. Especially when you have to use plane settings for a heli (I assume thats due to the 6 axis gyro on the 200 srx?) Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a good resource to learn more about these remotes and setups---- I did see the set up sticky
-Well any info would be great! |

I can't speak to the 200srx but typically, heli models are set to heli mode. Programming is a little different when dealing with a small micro vs. a FBL 450 or larger. Simply with the micros, the transmitter often manipulates the heli more, where with a larger FBL heli, the FBL manipulates the heli more. This is somewhat of an oversimplification but if you were more specific in what you were trying to do, more help would likely be forthcoming.
