Northeast Aero Radio Control will be having our first Annual "Rotors Over the Ouachita" Heli fun fly November 4th, 5th,and 6th, 2011. We are located in the Northeast corner of Louisiana 2 miles South of I-20 in West Monroe Louisiana.

We do have electricity, pot-o-potty's and a large runway/flight line. We will have stations set up facing both east and west for morning and evenening flying. Night flying will also be available to whoever brings night gear.

15$ landing fee and we're working on some food preparations for paid pilots.

We have some local hotels that have agreed to a lower rate for the event. I need to get an estimate on who all needs a room so I can get this info up here. If you need a room please post so I can tell the hotels about how many people to expect. This is what they requested. Thanks, and dont forget to sign the pilots list. I'm thinking about having a drawing just for the names on the pilots list.

15$ landing fee and we should have lunch concessions on Saturday. We are also 2 miles from Restaurant Row, so plenty of food is within reach.

Do have other hotels that are just as close to the event as the Hilton. Some are already booked up for that weekend. You can try Quality Inn at 318-387-2711or the Motel 6 at 318-388-3810.
