No that's for scale helis. Are you planning to build a scale heli?

To run 6 cells just make sure
Your motor is a 6 cell motor.
The align 450l comes with either.
And the esc is capable of 6 cells.also.
A 6 cell motor won't turn on 3 cell esc.
I have both the 3 cell and 6 cell.
Both very capable helis.

I built a Gartt 450L and flew it a few times. Ultimately sold it to buy upgrades for a newly acquired Gaui X5.

The only real modifications that I needed was to add some shims to the rear TT gear to take up some play in the system. Otherwise, it was a very smooth heli. Loops and rolls were no problem. I can't speak to it's ability to withstand 3D, cause I don't fly 3D. Honestly though, it is just an airframe. I would buy another again if I liked the format. However, I prefer the X3 format.

edit: sorry, I read the link... I don't believe you would need to replace anything based on my experience. With the savings you also get some variability in manufacturing, so your experience may vary.
