Default ? About worth of vintage engines

Hay guys, my cousin has three glow engines. None of them have ever been ran. He has:
1 Max-S OS 35 and 2 K&B 35.
They each have a muffler with them along with props, fuel tanks and a few other goodies.
He wants to sell them but we have no idea what they are worth. He received them in a trade awhile back. Thanks.

I like collecting these myself and have a small (about 100 or so) collection. A good way to get at least some idea of their worth is to peruse Ebay listings. It's not infallible, as sometimes a sleeper gets by or people get too caught up in competitive bidding, but by and large, Ebay listings can give you some idea of their worth. Vintage engines in new condition, especially with the original box and papers, can fetch a lot more than they sold for originally.

Thanks for the reply, I looked on EBay but did not see any. But I will keep my lookout. Thanks!

You must have been looking in the wrong place because there are always dozens of engines for sale there at any given time. For example, type 'OS engine' into their search at you'll see all sorts of those. Same with K&B, etc.
