X5 on it's way
Well I heard from the place I ordered it from, they are due to receive them on Monday. I should have my X5 by next week sometime. Finally..............I've had wood since I decided on getting it.

I'm lucky to just get one. 900 is a lot for me to spend on a heli. not sure how I'm gonna afford the 700 I want next year. Better start saving now I guess.

I just grabbed a NIB one via the classified from Matt. Very excited about getting this kit together as I've been eyeing the X5 all winter... Keep us posted on the build! |

Mine got here yesterday along with the servos and quickuklinks, motor oil and some spare parts. the other spare parts should be here today. already picked up the beastx and frame stiffener in Austin at the helicopter competition. got to start sanding for the build. the boom alone is as big as my 450 pro.

I'm jealous
 After my X5 order was canceled (due to a stocking issue) I opted for the 550E FBL with a 7200BX. The X5 remains my first choice but the parts inventory issues plaguing this bird have left me feeling better about the way thing worked out, because I'm still the crashin' type and parts WILL be an issue  Here's hoping that Gaui keeps working on the inventory issues so I can join this club down the road.
