Default New Products from Bergen R/C

As seen at IRCHA, the first of the new parts for the line of heli's from Bergen R/C.

Our G10 supplier has begun making material in a day glow orange which is extremely visible.

We have begun making frame sets for our heli's that use .093 thick frames, Intrepid Gassers, EB, Magnum, Tazer, Turbine, and the Observer EB.

I'll be putting a set on my E-Observer, and will post pics when completed.

The idea of course is to increase visibility, especially for the AP birds like the Observer and Tazer 800, but may add to the color of a hot 3D bird as well!!

Hey Chris,

Does the orange color cost any more?? Any thought of other colors red or yellow?

Cost is slightly higher, not too bad. We are also only doing it in .093 at the moment. Our Industrial Birds use .125 or 1/8th" material.

We tried other colors in the past, but were unable to get consistency in color between batches.

Sometimes we would get white, next time it would be a cream color, then eggshell.

Ordering blue might be royal blue, next time a light blue.

Sounds good.... I will have to get a set for my intrepid but it sounds like I will have to wait for my industrial turbine. I will make sure the turbine doesnt get too far away from me until then!!

Oohhh I like those Chris, wish I had some of that on my Turbine Observer, would have saved me a lot of monokote tape work.

I got a fin set this weekend and they are really cool. They show up nicely and you can't chip the color off.

Chris, I hope the weather was good again for the fun fly today. I'd rather be there then flying off on business.

It was terrific weather ,,not to hot ,,, little more wind ,,but still really great ... I stayed till 4:30 .. till I had to go pick up the son at SB got 3 flights in with the Tazer and 2 with the cobra .
Hated to leave as Mal was there and was just getting ready to put another bird in the air .
Gary had a crown gear strip out and lost his 4 stroke ...
and just as I was leaving a group from the local airplane club came in and was just in awe of Jeff's flying and the Tazer's size ...
I resisted the urge to say ...o.k. just one more flight for you visitors and came home with all in tack .

The visitors didn't know that electric helis came that big ....
Chris expect some visitors ,,, as they were amazed that it was produced in Mi ...so I gave them an open invite to stop over and see ya .
