That's awsome thanks. Just convert it to ac/plug a d your all set. I have to say horizon's tech dept concerns me. Why in the world would they use batteries to charge lipo? It's the stupidest idea ever. They should fire the guy who came up with that stupid idea. I'll tell you why, the arguement is that by having no AC plug you have portability, yeah f$@king great considering the mcx can only fly INDOORS! Who is flying indoors and cannot find a 120v outlet. I just think it's silly.

That charger already has a DC port on it for connecting a 6V wall wart. $15 from Horizon, or save your money and use one that your probably already have.

Thumbs up Life saver

Thanks for posting this info. I shrink wrapped my wires and plugs and melted the dang connector a little. Silly me. I still works but I don't like it. Thanks again!!!!!!

I don't know if the mCX uses this also, but does anyone know what the connector is on the motor for the sukhoi and plugs into the AR6400?

I used one of these last night to replace the plug that broke off of my mCX: HobbyKing mini extender. I just cut the leads, stripped, and soldered it on. I have also spliced three of them onto the male JST from a 3S (4 pin) extender/adapter to make a harness that allows me to charge three 1S batteries on my eflite CX2 charger. It doesn't top them off like the little mCX charger (it is not a true balancing charger), but it gets them up to a point that drastically reduces the time it takes to top them off, and saves in AA battery usage. I've had no luck at all with NiMH in my charger, but good success with rechargeable Alkalines (once marketed by Rayovac as "Renewal").
