Default First Flight

Maidened mine this morning and I can say...this heli is LIGHT!

That is my impression and that is what I am telling my flying buddies today. Coming from the T-Rex 600efl with the same identical electronic set-up and just having around 2100HS, the feeling of the heli while in the air is so different that I have to adjust (added) my stick deadband a little bit more and the pre-set of my control behaviour in the BeastX from extreme to pro only. Cyclic is very responsive and tail is almost locked in the normal stock setting . just lowered my Tx gain a little bit more. It gets up to speed really, really fast. Pretty much the same impression I got when I first spooled up my Gaui X5 before. Light and tight.

With (12S) 3300mah LiPos, I get 5 minute sport flying and check my LiPos resting voltage. Sport flying with some Tick-Tock / Rainbow practice, I am getting 3:81 - 3:82. Just basic sport flying - FF, flips, rolls, stall turns and what not, LiPo cells rest at 3:83 - 3:85. I forgot to check my electronic temps. I'll do that next time.

I am happy with this heli so far. I just need to get used to that clip-on canopy mounting.
