Mine are mounted on the outside per the PDF. Just make sure the red shield is pointed toward the hub and not the blade. If you are using the metal tail grips, watch out for the large diameter washer. I had to file the outer edge of mine slightly so the bearings would seat completely into the grip. This would be the large diameter washer as shown on Tail rotor hub SUS V2 that goes between the bearings.

Default Thanks

I just got the even newer hub, the V2.01 man the clearly dident get this right did they. anyway this one is the last on the page, I have the metal grips and a standard set of bearings, and the new angular, which i assume replaces the thrust washer set.

I wish they had been a bit clear about this one, i had the original tail which started binding and almost fell apart in flight. my first disapointment i think with this heli.

going to go with final diagram, and see how well it works.

Id suggest posting this on the elyq.info forum as the Elyq staff will be able to answer your questions and forward the info. onto the appropriate people i.e. fix the documentation.

I'm really not sure what you are getting at. The pictures you linking to are correct.
As far as posting in the ElyQ forum... have fun with that one. I found it pretty useless and unresponsive.
