Review of the HDS877 digital tail servo

i got the HDS877 digital servo from GrandRC for the I really dont want a S9650 or 3400G price of $29.94 with shipping. it was at my door in 2 days and my rex shortly after that. IT IS SMALL(specs at the bottom) i'll have a picture of it compared to an HS-55, S9650, and AR6000 rx up soon.

I haven't put a full 3D flight on it yet but i have done flips, rolls, collective pumps, and inverted hovering. so far it performs just as good as my S9650 did just without the weight.

On hard collective puches the tail drifted about 5 inches to the right, but the servo quickly corrected itself after about 20ft. the tail holds very well through flips and rolls. i still have to dial in the gain on the gyro because there is a little wag but nothing very noticeable.

all together this is a very good deal for a tail servo. its digital, small, light weight, and as fast and almost as strong as the S9650. for the price of 30.00 shipped to your door it is a very good deal.
