Heli is binded to the tx. It just wont idle up at all. Pitch of the blades changes and everything, but the blades dont spin. What do I do or what?

and what do norm and rev settings do to the heli when in programming mode on the tx.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I found the problem.
Batteries were empty.
I charged them, and problem solved.

Default Low lipos

yes, low lipos will do this and you won't get any power to spool up. i want to make this comment though - if at anytime you spool up and no power to the blades. Stop, and check it out. if for some reason the motor pinion is locked up to the main gear and you keep pushing throttle, you will smoke the rx and that will be the end of that rx.
