took it apart after i found the clutch dragging .Found two of the rollers in the one way had come out of there cage and jammed behind the others causing the clutch bell to shift over enough to cause the clutch to drag. After replacing the one way its back to the original problem , not driving the gen at high RPM. I think i'll just make a solid bushing for the clutch and press the start shaft into it.

I decided to remove the one way and make a one piece start shaft that will press into the clutch , works fine now

Sounded like you could have left all well be before as it was seized and driving but anyways good to hear you made a good permanent fix for it.

I still run mine with the one way on the Whiplash (Spectra and 1005 are direct drive) and it works well. I managed to wear out two start shafts though over time, maybe 400 to 500 flights and they can start to slip in the one way as the OD wears smaller.

Not an issue if you know what to look for its an easy fix though it did mess with me for a while not knowing exactly what the problem was at first.
