Default Microheli "X" frame

Well, finally broke a peg off the frame this weekend so I have started shopping frames. I am looking at the "X" frame as I already have a MH X swash. I noticed while looking that they offer the MH frame with a 3rd bearing option which looks nice to me but it does not appear to be on the "X" frame.

Do they make the "X" frame with the 3rd bearing option? Thoughts....

I don't think the X Frame is available with a third bearing and, IMHO, you don't want it. I have an X Frame and Swash on my HP06V2 setup and it's great. Really like the geometry of the swash and how much cleaner the heli flips with the A/R pin relocated to the rear. It's a winner imo.

3rd Bearing - my other brushless setup has been both a C05m and now I'm working on an HP05 with a flashed XP-7A ESC. I'm using my other MH frame, which has the 3rd bearing in it, for this. Neither of these motors are particularly massive inside this frame but both motors would have rubbed the housing of that bearing had I not filed it down. Since the X Frame works just fine in a much hotter setup on my HP06v2 setup without that bearing, I'm not seeing much benefit (actually added mod work) in my own experience and I assume if you later try to fit a much larger motor (i.e. TA915 or Spin) if you progress, that bearing could make things really challenging. Just my $.02.

I spin my TA915 full speed without that third bearing.. I don't see a need for it!

most say you dont need it, i have a x frame and love it. IF you decide you want the 3rd bearing later on you can buy the bearing block
