Default Hitec HS65HB cyclic servo getting hot - Tarot ZYX-s FBL controler

So I'm trying to setup my Tarot ZYX-S fbl controller on my t-rex 450 sport. I'm going through the servo trim and whatnot for about 20 minutes or so. I pack everything up and grab the heli to move it and feel the rear servo (elevator servo) and it's kinda toasty. I've got two other HS65HB servos on the swash and they're cool as can be.
Do I need to look at the mounting of the rear servo and see if I'm causing binding due to case deformation or something?
Might it be a setting in the ZYX?
Is there anything I need to measure?

Any help is appreciated!

Check servo is not being over driven.

. Aurora 9 - EPA & T.Limit (added V1.08) - Difference & Use. Mixes can overthrow EPA% setting.
Travel Limit is a hard stop point so mixes can not overthrow % set in T.Limit and bind up a servo.

Servo horn an original for that servo? some others are to thick and will jam on top of case.

Well, I definitely wasn't overdriving the servo, but I did loosen the mount screws a tiny bit, and took it for a flight. Seemed to have cooled down quite a bit.
I think I was somehow stressing the case having it too tight?

Most definitely a cause, please refer to the information made available post #2 and

Good info A.T.
After figuring this out, I proceeded to crash and striped the gears in that servo. Looks like I'm going to get really familiar with the inside of it! :-)
