Default Pulse 4100mah 45C for Trex 550 v2

Has anyone used Pulse 4100mah 45C for Trex 550v2? Will that make the heli tail heavy? I am currenly using 4500mah 45C, but I want to save about 80g of weight and less time in exchange of 3D performance.

Hi! I have no experience on that pulse pack but I would recommend revoelectrix 4400 60c, weighs only 690g, 20g less than pulse + more capacity.

I have had no balance issues. 50 cycles so far. One Finn has tested those revoelectrix batteries and got +300 flights on them. He charges them at 10C straight from flight. 7 minutes and back to air. They seemed to stand that kind of abuse extremely well.

Dude! That's Crazy! I've never heard of anyone charging at 10C.

If the lipo can handle it I guess its no biggy.

Yeah I know. But he tested where the limits goes, because lipo manufactures dont really give proper instructions. When the packs seemed to work normally and IR stayed low, why would not charge fast.

I bought that 4400 revo for second pack with 5000 turnigy. It's approx. 150g lighter ( I can check when I'm home). But if You have to already put the pack way up front, then the lighter pack would make the heli tail heavy.
