Hyperion 07xxNet3 - PC Software connection

Hello All

I'm having issues with my Hyperion software, i can't seem to get it to see any charger. I have 2 chargers (0720net3 and 0730net3) and using 2 different computer and i can't seem to make it work with either. I know this an issue that can be many things but i have tried all the recommendations that are on the Hyperion website.

I would like to get in touch with them for support, does anyone have a number or email i can use to contact them for support ?

If anyone has also any ideas to try, these are my settings:
SiLab usb/comm driver: V. 6.5.3
Hperion Software 2011-12-14
Charger fw version 5.1

You might try downloading the lastest firmware version 5.52 and newest eos suite software.

Start with 5.52 firmware, if that does not work, you have a LastSession.txt in the <MyDocuments>/Hyperion folder, post a copy of that file here.

Thanks MrMel, i upgraded to 5.52 and that worked. I thought that i needed the suite to upgrade and i realized after that there was an upgrade utility that comes with the fw files.
